This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Scrum Project Manager to lead and guide our cross-functional team of software engineers, developers, designers through the successful execution of software projects. As a Scrum Project Manager, you'll have a crucial part in overseeing project outcomes, organizing software launches, applying version control approaches, and maintaining effective team communication.

Requirements:

• You must be from LATAM
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development, with a strong emphasis on guiding cross-functional teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in utilizing Jira for project management and task tracking.
• Experience in creating and managing Gantt Charts for project scheduling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
