We’re looking for a part-time Community Manager to join our team and handle the social media of the Grand Palladium Sicilia hotel, from the Palladium Hotel Group (PHG).

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the planning and implementation of dedicated social media and communications strategies for the hotels together with the team.
  • Provide engaging copy and post ideas for all social media.
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner.
  • Build and interact with the hotels’ communities on socials.
  • Create native content for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Capture content for future social media activation when visiting the hotel.
  • Execute influencer marketing actions together with the team.
  • Act as the face and voice of the brand on socials.

Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience as a community manager. The hospitality industry would be a plus.
  • Must have experience with Facebook and Instagram; and their native tools (e.g. Instagram Guides)
  • Great abilities to plan and execute a social media plan.
  • Excellent creative writing skills (both in Italian and English).
  • Ability to identify social media content opportunities and implement them in the social media strategy.
  • Great eye to capture aesthetic and inspiring content.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs on social media.
  • Constantly being on top of new digital trends.
  • Be proactive and not afraid to propose new ideas
  • Must be fluent and/or native in both Italian and English. Spanish knowledge is a plus.
  • Fully remote, based in Europe (preferably Italy or Spain).
