We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team, focused on web development projects for international brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business and technology, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with web development teams to ensure projects are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, and manage project risks and issues.
• Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Develop test plans and support the testing process, to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a focus on web development projects.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA or Trello.
• Knowledge of web development languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, and experience working with senior-level executives.
